About

Lacunapa is offering a Qi Gong workshop in keeping with the spirit of autumn, led by Toutane.

An opportunity to discover and practise simple, flowing Qi Gong movements, in tune with the autumn season, to become more aware of and harmonise with your own energy flow.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing, as well as socks or flat, flexible indoor shoes.

Price: €5 for ‘non-members’, €3 for Lacunapiens/workshop members (a small contribution to support the association)
