Workshop with Nour Joseph Gebrael. Booking essential.

Nour Joseph Gebrael offers an exploration of the interplay between tradition and modernity. Drawing inspiration from the Sufi dance of the whirling dervishes, yoga and meditation, he shares a contemporary approach, free from rigid frameworks, whilst preserving the essence and the spiritual and meditative dimension. His approach creates an inclusive space where movement becomes an inner language. Through physical preparation centred on the breath, grounding and spatial awareness, everyone is invited to explore their own rhythm, striking a balance between control and letting go.
