This <strong>tiny little one<\/strong><strong> drinks his 3 liters of milk for <\/strong>breakfast, and then I finally get a look at his little wet black head, adorned with a white heart \ud83e\udd0d. Don&#8217;t look for machines, there aren&#8217;t any! <strong>Everything is done by hand<\/strong> : the <strong>milking<\/strong> , the <strong>production of the lactic ferment<\/strong> , the <strong>yogurts and the cheese<\/strong> .<br\/> For Fran\u00e7ois, hand-milking means <strong>harvesting the best milk<\/strong> and <strong>being attentive to his animals<\/strong> . If he detects mastitis, he treats it with homeopathy and adjusts his milking schedule; thanks to the calf suckling, it clears up naturally within 24 to 48 hours. Here, the aim is to implement <strong>sustainable agriculture<\/strong> <strong>that respects the environment<\/strong> and <strong>animal welfare<\/strong> .   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
