The light is soft, and the <strong>temperatures are cooler<\/strong>.<strong>The warm-up on the boulevard<\/strong> is ideal\u2014a flat, safe path that\u2019s a kilometer and a half long. This <strong>urban route<\/strong> combines city streets and trails with elevation changes. Starting from downtown, you can enjoy this <strong>green getaway all the way to Lake S\u00e8de<\/strong>. Around the lake, the atmosphere is different\u2014peaceful. At the Chapelle de la Caoue, the climb is steep and leads directly into a trail through a grove of trees that continues uphill.
