During your week's holiday with family or friends, you'll find everything you need for an unforgettable stay. From April to September, take advantage of the Nordic bath heated over a wood fire, or try your hand at the local sport in the shade of the many fruit trees: pétanque! You can also enjoy an aperitif and watch the sun set from the solarium above the old rabbit hutch, or in the games room in the former hay barn of this wonderful farmhouse. Michel, the owner, a keen traveller and horse enthusiast, also has a summer kitchen in the former pigsty, with a real butcher's block. Numerous hammocks and lounges are available for a relaxing country holiday.

A 5.3km from the motorway exit at Montréjeau (the main town near the gîte, with its market, shops, restaurants, swimming lake, golf course and train station), you will be ideally placed for a wide range of activities and visits: The Cardeilhac forest is 11km away, the Gargas caves are 13km away, the Gallo-Roman Villa at Montmaurin is 18km away, the Parc de la Demi-Lune leisure park at Lannemezan is 19km away, the Save river gorges are 21km away and the Nistos cross-country ski resort is 38km away. Bagnères-de-Luchon and Le Mourtis are 45 minutes away by car.

– Ground floor: entrance – living room – kitchen/dining room (fireplace opening onto the living room and kitchen) – bedroom (1 double bed 160*200cm, desk and private shower room) – separate WC

– First floor: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160*200cm on the mezzanine, sofa on the lower level)(1 double bed 160*200cm, desk and TV)(1 double bed 160*200cm, jetted bath) – library overlooking the lounge – shower room – separate WC

– Second floor: very small bedroom accessible via a very steep staircase (2 single beds 90*200cm)
