On 2 levels:

– Ground floor: living room (sofa bed for 2 people 140*190cm), utility room (board games), entrance hall, kitchen, storeroom and garage.

– On the first floor (accessible via a staircase from the hall), a corridor leads to 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160*200cm and 1 single bed 90*190cm, study, access to a private bathroom/WC) (1 double bed 140*190cm, shower room with dressing room). The 2 bedrooms have separate entrances and are connected (lockable door). There is a balcony on this floor with an uninterrupted view of the Cagire. There is also a WC at the end of the corridor.

Special for bicycles: complete cycle maintenance station: workshop stand, repair kit, inflator-compressor, high-pressure cleaner.

Fishing: cool box and bubbler for fishing with live bait.
