Situated on the second floor with lift access, the flat enjoys an exceptional location. Its balcony looks directly out onto the Allée d’Étigny, the town’s main and bustling thoroughfare, placing you right at the heart of the local action. The new Superbagnères gondola lift, which opened in December 2023, is just a 2-minute walk away, offering you immediate access to the ski slopes and high-altitude hiking trails.
