Set in 5 hectares of meadows and woods, this former mill is ideally located for exploring the towns and villages of the Comminges. Superb walks and cycle rides depart from the mill.

This gîte offers exceptional accommodation for up to six people.

The ground floor is a large, open-plan living space, with a dining kitchen and sitting room. The old bread oven makes a beautiful feature in the high-ceilinged, light-filled room. The fully equipped kitchen has an induction hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as everything you need to make your stay a comfortable experience.

The large central dining table seats up to 10 and the spacious living room has sofas arranged around a pellet stove. French windows open onto the covered terrace at the front and the garden and natural swimming pool at the rear.

The master suite has a king-size bed (180 cm), designed to make the most of the view through four sets of double glazed doors in the attic at the front of the house.

The view overlooks the front garden and the valley. This room has a second standard double bed, a sitting area and two balconies.

Some of the side windows overlook the pool.

The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and free-standing bath.

The second bedroom has a king-size bed (180cm) made up of two single beds. It has a large rear terrace overlooking the pool. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The stunning large natural swimming pool, a real feature of this property, is located at the rear of the mill, with the water filtered by plantations and two filters with pumps.

The swimming areas measure 19 m x 13 m and are spread over three levels. There are two poolside terraces with seating and sun loungers.

The owners live in the adjacent mill and are available to answer questions and provide information about the area.

The gîte is available to rent directly from the owner for a minimum of five days. Rates are available for stays of a week or more. Additional services are available, including dinner with us on our terrace or brunch. The gîte can be extended by adding two further bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms.
