This renovated, south-facing old house offers peace and coolness in summer, all within a natural setting just a stone’s throw away (forest, the Garonne and walking trails less than a 10-minute walk away).

On the ground floor: a large 34 m² room comprising a fitted kitchen, a combined living/dining room with a seating area, a large 30 m² bedroom with a single bed (120 cm), a shower room, a toilet and a utility room.

Upstairs: two adjoining bedrooms, one of which is a large 24 m² room with a double bed (140 cm), another 11 m² room with a single bed (120 cm), a reading area adjoining a shower room with a toilet, and finally a large bedroom of 30 m² with a double bed (140 cm).

An open, paved courtyard where you can park your car under a dedicated carport. A small garden (lawn) surrounding a Lebanese cedar. A barn with a lockable storage room for bicycles, scooters, etc.

In the garden, you can pick herbs, flowers and fruit, depending on the season.
