Single-storey group gîte on the outskirts of Luchon, ideal for hiking in the mountains or skiing in Superbagnères.

The Skioura gîte awaits you for a stopover or a stay, with a shared, unfenced garden. A great base camp for all mountain activities. Located very close to the town centre and cable cars (2km). Warm welcome from the owners.

On-site activities: hiking, table tennis, swing. The owner has a kayak and white-water sports certificate and can help you discover the tumultuous waters of the Garonne. Nearby: skiing, thermal baths. Partnerships with mountain activity providers.

On one level: relaxation room (games, library, fireplace), the gîte has accommodation with two bedrooms for six and two dormitories for ten separated into boxes (32 single beds and/or bunk beds and 3 bathrooms). About forty metres away, in another building, there is a dining room (60m² with fireplace, TV and sound system) and a professional collective kitchen.

To complete the complex, a small chalet of 35m2 for higher capacity or autonomy consists of a living room with kitchenette (2 single beds 90cm) and a bedroom (2 single beds 80cm bunk), bathroom / wc.

Dormitory bed prices: €23/person/night, €49 half-board, €58 full-board, €1,080 for 32 places on an exclusive, self-catering basis for a weekend.

For the small 4-person chalet, it's €26/person/night, €52 half-board and €61 full-board.

Exclusive use of the entire site (32 places + 4 places) for a weekend: €1288.

The end-of-stay cleaning package costs €280 and includes cleaning of sanitary facilities (showers and toilets), bedrooms, dormitories, bedding, dining room and kitchen (work surfaces, extractor hood and fridge). All that's left for you to do is: Wash and tidy the dishes Clean the gas cooker(s) and oven(s) Put the furniture back in order Shake out and fold the blankets Empty and clean the bins (take the glass to the sorting bin in Luchon).
