A footpath from the gîte joins the GR86 Toulouse Luchon. You are 4km from Aurignac (Musée de l'Aurignacien, shops, restaurants, beer festival), 11km from the swimming and fishing lake at Saint-André, and less than 30mns by car from: the earthenware factory at Martres-Tolosane, the Abbaye de Bonnefont, the Arboretum forest at Cardeilhac, the Archaeological Museum and the Gallo-Roman Villa at Montmaurin, the Save Gorges and the Cazères water sports centre.

Electric heating.

ATTENTION: running electricity is included. Heating is electric and charged according to current consumption. If you are in Picanas during the standard heating period (15/10-15/4) you can opt for an electricity package of €12 per day.
