It’s time for Baby Yoga at La Cafetière with Vanessa – a chance to relax as a family!
Two Wednesdays a month, come and try Baby Yoga with your family!
Yoga poses adapted for little ones. A relaxing session featuring a story, a massage, some music or a nursery rhyme… To help develop concentration, listening skills and emotional regulation, but also to enjoy a moment of wellbeing together.
For parents and children aged 1 to 4
Meet at the Relais des Assistantes Maternelles d’Aurignac (RAM), Rue de la Poste.
