June 1944: the radio announces the landings on the beaches of Normandy. The liberation begins, but it does nothing to change the daily lives of people caught up in the war. Sylvie Campech teaches us about cooking under rationing. How do you cook with nothing, or almost nothing? How do you shop using ration cards and on the black market? She’ll share her favourite recipes so you can enjoy delicious meals despite the food crisis.
