About

This family farm facing the Pyrenees is a mixed farming operation and is certified organic (Blonde d'Aquitaine and Angus, Black and Duroc pigs).

Frédéric and Mathilde have been breeding Blonde d'Aquitaine and Angus, Black and Duroc pigs since 2004. The farm is self-sufficient in terms of animal feed, which guarantees maximum traceability and a minimal ecological footprint.

Farm sales every second Wednesday of the month by order, delivery on request as far as Toulouse (all of France by ChronoFresh + €20 delivery charge): veal, beef and pork parcels, linseed oil, popcorn, buckwheat flour, cereals, flour.

From Farm to Table with Complete Transparency: The Charter

The Charter of Commitment was developed by and for professionals in partnership with the Comminges-Pyrénées Tourism Office. It highlights producers from all fields and chefs who work according to best practices, promote Comminges products, and share their respective expertise.

The guide “Goûts et Saveurs en Comminges” is not just a directory of businesses. It is much more than that. As you turn the pages, you’ll also find recipes, profiles, and interviews.
