LA FERME DE L’OMIERE

About

Established in 2020 in the Petites Pyrénées, we rear our small herd of Normandes.

They eat pasture grass, hay from natural meadows and good cereals, all certified organic and local.

We process our milk every day, so that we retain all its qualities.

We use their good milk to make farmhouse creamery, cheeses and ice creams.
