Sale of seasonal vegetables and eggs in bulk.

Welcome to Ferme de Guiros, where we grow fresh, seasonal vegetables in the heart of the pretty village of Ganties (yes, the one famous for its thermal waters, but here we prefer the water that feeds our vegetables!)

In 2025, I took over this charming farm, which saw the light of day in 2018, thanks to a great handover with the former market gardener. My aim is simple: to grow tasty vegetables while conserving the precious resource of water.

On my farm, we don't just grow vegetables. No, we don't! I also have red hens who, as well as laying fresh, delicious eggs, do the land a great service by fertilising the soil with their useful droppings. As for my chickens, they are reared in the open air to provide you with quality meat. In short, everyone works here: the vegetables, the chickens and even me!

So if you're looking for local, environmentally-friendly produce that's full of flavour, don't hesitate to drop in at the farm.

Sales: at the farm (Monday and Friday, except public holidays, from 4.30pm to 7.30pm). Payment methods accepted: Cheques, cash, credit card and online.

Now more than ever, there has been a growing need for a guide that lists producers, restaurateurs, and food professionals who sell their creations directly to consumers and work with local products in an ethical manner.

From Farm to Table with Complete Transparency: The Charter

The Charter of Commitment was developed by and for professionals in partnership with the Comminges-Pyrénées Tourism Office. It highlights producers from all fields and chefs who work according to best practices, promote Comminges products, and share their respective expertise.

The guide “Goûts et Saveurs en Comminges” is not just a directory of businesses. It is much more than that. As you turn the pages, you’ll also find recipes, profiles, and interviews.
