About

Le Petit Moulin is 7 generations of bakers. Above all, this small family business in the Comminges region is passionate about its craft.

Bakers use a combination of ingredients to create quality bread every day. First and foremost, it's a more authentic agricultural approach, a long fermentation process where the flour's natural enzymes come to the fore, and baking in a granulated oven.

This ethic, which Sébastien Courrège and his team follow, creates a product of high taste and nutritional quality.

This commitment has earned him the Bread Ambassador label! He is a member of this worldwide association, in recognition of his daily work.

Baguettes, cobblestones, rye-walnut-raisin, small spelt, Viennese pastries, Jesuits and panettones, you can enjoy them all year round!

Visit the Comminge markets. You'll find us at the Halle Gourmande, at the Montréjeau market and in Luchon (on Saturdays).

Supplies the tables at the Lycée Casteret, the Lycée Agricole and the crèche.

Unsold products are donated to the Red Cross.

New - The Tastes & Flavors Guide

While eating well without breaking the bank is a major concern for our fellow citizens, short supply chains are thriving in Comminges. Now more than ever, there has been a growing need for a guide that lists producers, restaurateurs, and food professionals who sell their creations directly to consumers and work with local products in an ethical manner.

From Farm to Table with Complete Transparency: The Charter

The Charter of Commitment was developed by and for professionals in partnership with the Comminges-Pyrénées Tourism Office. It highlights producers from all fields and chefs who work according to best practices, promote Comminges products, and share their respective expertise.

The guide “Goûts et Saveurs en Comminges” is not just a directory of businesses. It is much more than that. As you turn the pages, you’ll also find recipes, profiles, and interviews.
