What lies hidden in our streams?

The Montagne des Nestes office is organising this activity. Dip your feet in the water to discover a whole world of life (aquatic insects, fish, mammals, etc.). Collect small aquatic invertebrates from under stones, leaves, mud or gravel. Try to identify them using magnifying glasses and understand their place in the food chain and their role in the aquatic world. Booking essential – limited places available. Meet at the disabled-access fishing jetty; please wear closed-toe shoes suitable for wading. Suitable for families; children must be supervised by their parents.

The Charter of Commitment was developed by and for professionals in partnership with the Comminges-Pyrénées Tourism Office. It highlights producers from all fields and chefs who work according to best practices, promote Comminges products, and share their respective expertise.

The guide “Goûts et Saveurs en Comminges” is not just a directory of businesses. It is much more than that. As you turn the pages, you’ll also find recipes, profiles, and interviews.
