About

Join Sébastien on a sporting micro-adventure to take on the Comminges' iconic peak on a wild and panoramic ridge route!

Enjoy exceptional views of the Pyrenees and a picnic of local produce at sunset, before a headlamp descent at dusk.

Less than an hour and a half from Toulouse, this unusual micro-adventure with Sébastien invites sports enthusiasts to take on the Comminges' most emblematic peak. The ascent takes place via an original and wild ridge route, offering spectacular panoramic views over the plain and the high Pyrenean peaks from halfway up. Recognisable by its iconic pyramidal silhouette, this summit promises an experience as demanding as it is memorable. After the effort, it's time for a picnic of local produce, to be savoured as the sun sets over the mountains. Finally, the adventure continues with a descent at dusk, by headlamp light, for a unique mountain atmosphere.

Difficulty 4/5: Difficult 11 km hike with 950 m ascent, accessible to anyone in good physical condition or who enjoys mountain walking // Car pool 20 minutes from the meeting point to the start of the hike.

New - The Tastes & Flavors Guide

While eating well without breaking the bank is a major concern for our fellow citizens, short supply chains are thriving in Comminges. Now more than ever, there has been a growing need for a guide that lists producers, restaurateurs, and food professionals who sell their creations directly to consumers and work with local products in an ethical manner.

From Farm to Table with Complete Transparency: The Charter

The Charter of Commitment was developed by and for professionals in partnership with the Comminges-Pyrénées Tourism Office. It highlights producers from all fields and chefs who work according to best practices, promote Comminges products, and share their respective expertise.

The guide “Goûts et Saveurs en Comminges” is not just a directory of businesses. It is much more than that. As you turn the pages, you’ll also find recipes, profiles, and interviews.
