A big trend in the 70s, macramé is back in fashion with some beautiful modern creations. Mélissa is offering a workshop where you can create a unique piece to take home.

Mélissa is offering a workshop on macramé, a knotted stitch technique used to make creations. You can choose between two different levels, and in each you'll learn about the different types of knot so you can create a unique piece to take home.
Course of the workshop: Presentation of the macramé technique. Choice of rope and preparation of equipment. Learn the basic knots. Making the hanging piece
Mélissa offers two workshops:
The level 1 workshop for beginners, where you will learn 2 or 3 knots and make a hanging for a plant or a small "leaf" wall hanging. The workshop lasts approximately 2 hours or less, depending on your creative pace.
The level 2 workshop for beginners/intermediates, you will learn 3 to 4 knots, you will make a plant hanging or a wall hanging, the workshop lasts approximately 3 hours or less, depending on your creative pace.
The workshops will take place in the Auberge de Fougaron, but in fine weather you may be able to do the workshop under a pergola.
From age 10 if patient.
