PERFORMANCE ENTRESORT “LA CONSERVERIE MUSICALE” – ATCHALO

About

What if we were to preserve in a jar the memory of hands that know how to create?

From 2026 to 2028, the Atchalo company will set out to meet local craftspeople and residents to gather their personal stories – gestures, skills, scents, narratives – and transform them into artistic expressions.

Music, writing, photography, sound art and olfactography come together to give rise to a vibrant, collective work: a veritable ‘preserving factory’ where local memories are preserved. Collecting residencies, sensory encounters with local residents, participatory ‘in a jar’ radio… the project is being built step by step, with and for the local area, before coming to fruition at a major, festive and unifying event: La Grande Foire aux bocaux.

An inter-municipal artistic adventure led by a multidisciplinary team of musicians, actors and actresses, sound designers, a photographer and a set designer, inviting everyone to become a participant in our shared memory.

A project by Atchalo, produced by Pollen Production, with the support of the Occitanie Region and partner local authorities.
