What if a night in a refuge became a sensitive, poetic and inspiring experience? With Rendezvous des Cimes, discover the Pyrenees through an immersive show that invites us to rethink our relationship with the mountains, between nature, culture and sharing.

Created by the Réseau Éducation Pyrénées Vivantes, a cross-border association that develops heritage education schemes on all the slopes of the Pyrenees, this format for the general public transforms an evening in a refuge into a real sensory journey through seven Pyrenean worlds.

Designed for visitors to mountain huts and mountain lovers, this event combines emotion, discovery and reflection. The aim is to inspire people to experience the mountains with a fresh perspective, attentive to both their riches and their vulnerabilities.

The evening is divided into two parts. Before the meal, an invitation to taste the products of the valley and the links between the refuge and its territory. This convivial moment also provides an opportunity to discuss the uses of the mountain, the motivations of visitors and the ecological issues specific to high-altitude areas.

Reservations for the ticketed meal must be made with the refuge warden.

After the meal, the stage is set for a lively performance combining sound creations, projected drawings and readings aloud. Haïkus, stories, tales, scientific and poetic texts make up a sensitive walk through seven Pyrenean ecosystems.

It's an original way to encounter the mountains, combining imagination and knowledge.
