*Femme non-rééducable* recounts the life of Anna Politkovskaya, a heroic figure in the fight for press freedom.

The play is the diary of an incorruptible reporter defying a violent regime and dark geopolitical forces.

The journalist Anna Politkovskaya works for *Novaya Gazeta*, one of Russia’s last

independent newspapers.

In the early 2000s, she investigated the war in Chechnya, where she travelled

regularly.
