About

Experience unforgettable adventures in the heart of the Frontignes.

Trail and walk of 8 km 400 D+ The path of our elders

A little tour around St Pe via Genos and Tarride, the hill of St Pe. Be careful, it stings the calf to climb the path to the chapel in Genos. Trail and walk.

Trail 18 km 900 D+ The IPA Race

Ipa loves it when the going gets tough and it's uphill, but it's also a bit downhill, which can hurt your legs. Discover the villages. Discover magnificent landscapes and challenge yourself in this unique adventure. Some sections are on private paths accessible only during the trail.

30 km trail 1650 D+ ZE Belgo Commingeois

For the more courageous, the 30km trail offers a more intense challenge with a 1,650-metre climb. It's a Belgian-style route, with no end of ascents and descents for those familiar with the Ardennes and the Semois valley, but the flat country is not so flat. Pass through all the villages of the Frontignes, with a full visit on the programme. Discover the region's trails and test your limits. Some sections are on private paths accessible only during the trail.

New - The Tastes & Flavors Guide

While eating well without breaking the bank is a major concern for our fellow citizens, short supply chains are thriving in Comminges. Now more than ever, there has been a growing need for a guide that lists producers, restaurateurs, and food professionals who sell their creations directly to consumers and work with local products in an ethical manner.

From Farm to Table with Complete Transparency: The Charter

The Charter of Commitment was developed by and for professionals in partnership with the Comminges-Pyrénées Tourism Office. It highlights producers from all fields and chefs who work according to best practices, promote Comminges products, and share their respective expertise.

The guide “Goûts et Saveurs en Comminges” is not just a directory of businesses. It is much more than that. As you turn the pages, you’ll also find recipes, profiles, and interviews.
