Opening and an evening event centred on wool, featuring the artist and guest Laura Bec – an actress and worker at the Niaux spinning mill in Ariège – for a discussion on the process of transforming raw wool.

At 8.00 pm, Aurélia Guy and Laurent Paris (percussion) invite the audience to discover *Dralhas*, a visual and percussive performance in which felting serves as a choreography of movement, where the score creates a dialogue between material, movement and sound.

The Charter of Commitment was developed by and for professionals in partnership with the Comminges-Pyrénées Tourism Office. It highlights producers from all fields and chefs who work according to best practices, promote Comminges products, and share their respective expertise.

The guide “Goûts et Saveurs en Comminges” is not just a directory of businesses. It is much more than that. As you turn the pages, you’ll also find recipes, profiles, and interviews.
