At Accords Pyrénées, enjoy a stay in the Comminge piedmont with a breathtaking view of the mountains. All you have to do is settle back on one of the deckchairs and you'll immediately feel like you're on holiday!

Enjoy the spacious living areas of this detached, unoverlooked wooden house, with its modern, uncluttered interior. Its private saltwater swimming pool (3x5m) is heated from May to October, depending on the weather, so you can enjoy a swim with a view of the Cagire. The gîte also has a music room for rehearsals and a secure garage.

There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 of which is a master suite with its own private bathroom, and 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. A large living room with lounge, kitchen and dining area is complemented by a wooden terrace and the swimming pool.

Easy to reach, the house is situated on the road leading to the charming village of Aspet (4km) with all its shops, services and, above all, its two weekly markets (Wednesday and Saturday mornings) for stocking up on local produce.

Ideally located, you're just a few kilometres from a host of hiking and mountain-biking trails and other outdoor activities such as caving and canyoning. The Mourtis ski resort is a 30-minute drive away, and the village of Estadens is just 1 hour from Toulouse or Spain.
