Comfortable flat in the mountains Welcome to ALTEA LUCHON, a charming flat in the Résidence des Pics d'Aran, just outside Bagnères-de-Luchon, in the heart of the Pyrenees. Enjoy a peaceful setting with mountain views, just 1.5 km from the town centre and less than 10 minutes' walk from the train station. A supermarket and pharmacy are just 500 metres away.

Perfectly equipped and decorated 41 m² flat, ideal for 4 people:

Bright living room with fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, crockery, etc.)

2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed (wardrobes in each bedroom)

The sofa converts to a 2-seater bed Covered terrace with uninterrupted views of the mountains, equipped with a table and 4 chairs for outdoor meals.

Board games, cards, table tennis, petanque, books, comics, magazines, tourist guides and information on the region are available. A toboggan is also available in the ski locker.

The residence – The Résidence des Pics d'Aran offers a wide range of free, private facilities: – Semi-covered swimming pool open from 15 June to 15 September (10am-6.45pm, closed on Mondays) – Table tennis tables – Petanque pitch – Private car park with space reserved for the flat Since March 2025, an access barrier has secured the car park.

When you arrive, you must first walk inside to collect the key from the key box (the code for which will be sent to you by text message), which will give you access to the flat.

The beeper to open the gate is located in the entrance hall.
