Our flat 3 is a spacious 85 m² T5 duplex apartment on the third floor with lift, in the heart of Bagnères-de-Luchon.
As soon as you enter, a spacious living room welcomes you, with its fitted kitchen at the back of the room. The balcony offers a pleasant view over the Allée d'Étigny, the town's lively main thoroughfare. In the hallway, you'll find a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
The flat has 3 bedrooms plus an additional sleeping area:
– The first bedroom with a 140 cm double bed
– The second bedroom with two 90 cm single beds
– The third bedroom on the first floor has a 160 cm double bed and a private bathroom.
– A sleeping area at the end of the first floor with two 90 cm beds
All the bedrooms offer uninterrupted views of the mountains and the Superbagnères winter sports resort.
A major bonus: the new cable car (due to open in December 2023) that takes you directly to the resort is just a 2-minute walk from the flat.
