Set in a quiet, secure residence in the centre of Luchon, this attractive 41 m², 2-bedroom flat is 230 m from the thermal baths and 500 m from the cable car. This authentic, family-friendly village at the foot of the highest peaks in the Pyrenees offers a wide range of winter and summer activities, including skiing, snowboarding, hang-gliding, spa treatments, hiking and guided tours.

This flat, which sleeps up to 4 people, has a beautiful living room with a double sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, separate wc, a loggia terrace and a private parking space.

Situated on the ground floor, the flat is composed as follows:

Day area:

– A beautiful living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed, a TV, an internet box as well as a dining area with a dining table that can seat up to 4 guests.

– A fully-equipped kitchenette opening onto the living room: fridge-freezer, 2-burner induction hob, extractor hood, mini oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and pod coffee maker, toaster, kettle.

Sleeping area:

– Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) with bridge unit.

– Bedroom 2: two single bunk beds (90×190) with storage space.

– Shower room with shower, washbasin, washing machine, hairdryer and iron.

– Separate WC.

Outside:

– an 8m² loggia terrace.

– One numbered parking space allocated to the flat.

A kitchen stock (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper) as well as household products are at your disposal. We would be grateful if you could replace anything you have finished.

Activities :

In winter, the Superbagnères ski area, with its 32 km of pistes, offers a multitude of winter sports activities: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, tobogganing and also hang-gliding or gliding to discover the region from the air!

From March to November, relax with a spa treatment in the heart of the sumptuous Parc des Quinconces!

In summer, you can discover the many hiking trails: Cazarilh-Laspène, Gouffre d'Enfer, Pic de Céciré… Take the opportunity to stroll along the banks of Lac d'Oô and admire the splendid views of the Haut-Garonne peaks, or set off on a trail or rock-climbing trip! There are plenty of other activities and events on offer: mini-golf, football, theatre, concerts, Tour de France, Plant Festival, Flower Festival, Christmas market…

You will have access to the entire flat.

Other information to note:

– Animals are not accepted

– Non-smoking accommodation.

– Bed linen, towels and tea towels are not included. Linen must be booked at least 2 days before arrival.

– Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants, who must return the accommodation in the same condition as when they found it and ready for immediate re-rental.

However, if you do not wish to do this, you can call on the services of the Conciergerie des Jardins, which looks after the accommodation for us.

They also offer a range of à la carte services, details of which are given below:

– Cleaning at the end of your stay: €50

– Bed linen hire: €10 per bed

– Bathroom linen hire: €6 per person

– Household linen hire (2 tea towels, tablecloth, bath mat): €6

– Hire of childcare equipment (cot, booster seat, bouncer, bath, pushchair, nightlight): €4/day/unit

The concierge service is open from 4pm to 8pm.
