This completely renovated 90 m² flat can accommodate 8 to 10 people. It is ideally located on the 1st floor of a detached house in the heart of Luchon, close to Avenue d'Etigny (3 minutes' walk), Lake Badech and its cycle path (5 minutes), and two supermarkets.

There are 3 bedrooms sleeping 10: 1 double bedroom with 1 bunk bed and 1 double bed, 2 double bedrooms, and 1 sofa bed with mattress in the living room. All bedrooms have storage space.

The accommodation includes 2 bathrooms with WC, equipped with 2 walk-in showers, a washing machine and hairdryer.

The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and raclette machine, ideal for preparing meals.
