In the heart of a Pyrenean village, this stone and slate barn has been completely renovated and is detached from the rest of the house. It's the perfect place for your mountain holidays. It has everything you need to enjoy mountain leisure activities, including the Peyragudes (5km) and Superbagnères (7km) ski resorts, numerous walks from the gîte (Lac d'Oô 5km away), mountain biking, cycling (Col de Peyresourde on the Tour de France route), fishing, white water sports, tree climbing, rock climbing…

You can also relax on the large south-facing terrace and garden.

The gîte is close to a leisure area with a city park (2 tennis courts, volleyball, basketball, football, etc.), petanque pitch, ping pong table, children's games.

The nearest town is Bagneres de Luchon (7km), where you can enjoy thermal baths, a spa, local shops and a lovely market….You can also travel to Spain (30 mins), to Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges to visit the cathedral (45 mins), or to the Louron valley (20 mins), where you'll find the Balnéa spa and leisure centre and a host of activities around the lake (accrobranche and children's activity park, Ludeo water park, paragliding, water activities on the lake, etc.).

Ground floor: living room with lounge and fitted kitchen, utility room and WC with washbasin. Staircase with child safety barrier. First floor: shower room, WC, 2 large bedrooms (1 x 140cm double bed + 1 x 90cm single bed) and (3 x 90cm single beds, 2 of which can be twinned).

Electric heating in addition to the stove.

Baby equipment on request (cot, bath, high chair).

Large garage.
