Welcome to Gîte Berduc, a haven of peace nestled in a green setting just 3 km from Montréjeau.

Ideally situated between the Haute-Garonne and the Hautes-Pyrénées, this gîte is ideal for a couple, and welcomes you to an enchanting setting, with a flower-filled garden, covered terrace, summer kitchen and direct access to the natural and cultural riches of the region. Possibility of a hike in a forest on site. Cheese for sale at the neighbouring farm.

From the master bedroom and garden, you can enjoy an exceptional natural spectacle every morning: the first light of day caressing the Pyrenean peaks with the Pic du Sacon as a backdrop.

The large covered terrace, with exposed Garonne pebbles, is perfect for al fresco dining or balmy summer evenings, and is equipped with a fully-equipped summer kitchen, ideal for informal get-togethers.

Sightseeing and activities: Lake Montréjeau (with its Pavillon Bleu label), just 3 km away, is perfect for swimming, relaxing or picnicking by the water. The town also boasts a golf course, all the necessary amenities, a remarkable market, a train station (for Luchon, thermal baths and skiing, 44km away) or Toulouse (110km), and is a stop-off point on the ViaGarona (the route to Santiago de Compostela). Visit the Basilique Saint-Just de Valcabrère and the site of Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, classified as a Grand Site Occitanie. Explore the caves of Gargas, for an adventure back in time.

The gîte is a duplex, with a cosy living room on the ground floor, complete with sitting area, fitted kitchen and dining area. The mezzanine bedroom (very steep staircase) has a double bed (160*200cm) and offers the famous view of the peaks. The shower room/WC is on the same level as the bedroom (no door between bedroom and shower room). Electric heating. Washing machine shared with the owner. No freezer. No baby equipment.
