Group gîte in a large chalet, in the heart of the Pyrenees and 8km from the Mourtis ski resort, with an open garden.

A little way from the Pyrenean village of Boutx, this large chalet offers you the chance to enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities (skiing, hiking, donkey rides, etc.) in an unspoilt mountain setting. Saint-Béat (shops, swimming pool) is 4km away, Lac du Géry is 5km away (guinguette), the Pyrénées-Hô tree-climbing park is 9km away, as is the Fronsac base (rafting, canoeing), the Spanish border is 13km away, Bagnères-de-Luchon (skiing and thermal baths) is 23km away and Montréjeau (swimming lake, train station, etc.) is less than 30 minutes away by car. On-site: hiking. Partnerships with mountain activity providers.

This 380m2 house, set in 5000m² of land with a stream running through it, is a large gîte with 14 bedrooms and 45 beds (9 bedrooms with en-suite facilities on the first floor and 5 bedrooms with shared facilities on the second floor). It has 3 levels:

– ground floor: entrance hall, large dining room with fireplace, professional kitchen divided into 2 rooms, TV lounge.

– On the first floor, the 9 bedrooms with en suite facilities (shower, washbasin and WC) are as follows: 3 double bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140x190cm), 1 triple bedroom with 3 single beds (90x190cm), 2 of which are bunk beds, 3 triple bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140x190cm) and 1 single bed (90x190cm), 1 quadruple bedroom with 4 single beds (90x190cm) bunk beds (balcony terrace) and 1 quadruple bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190cm) and 2 single beds (90x190cm) bunk beds (balcony terrace).

The owner lives in an adjoining part of the house. Student bookings not permitted.

Self-catering: €1400 per weekend, €1900 for 3 nights, €3600 per week (€4500 for New Year's Eve).
