Just 1km from the centre of Bagnères-de-Luchon, Chalet Manica is ideal for welcoming family or friends to the mountains in summer or winter. The gîte is set in a contemporary villa facing south towards the peaks, in a quiet, residential area. The 700m² exterior features a grassed garden planted with fruit trees, a courtyard and a covered carport.

The house has been designed to maximise light and views of the Pyrenees from every room, and to provide easy access to the garden and upstairs terrace via large picture windows.

– Ground floor: the sleeping area of the house comprises an entrance hall (cupboard/wardrobe), a utility room with washing machine/dryer, shoe storage, etc., 3 bedrooms opening onto the garden (1 double bed 140x190cm) (1 double bed 140x190cm) (2 bunk beds, each with 2 single beds 90x200cm), a shower room and a separate toilet.

– Upstairs: a straight staircase leads to the large, spacious living room (exposed beams). A central fireplace opens onto the open-plan kitchen and dining area on one side and the lounge on the other. Bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm), dressing room, shower room, separate WC.

– A spiral staircase leads up to the mezzanine, which has been converted into a television room.
