This 300 m² character gîte, located within the 17th-century Château Bagen, sleeps 13 people. The accommodation comprises 6 bedrooms, including 3 suites, each carefully decorated to combine old-world charm with modern facilities. The bathrooms are separate. There is a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher for added convenience. The property has exclusive access to 2 hectares of enclosed grounds, with a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and formal garden. Private parking is available at no extra charge. Baby equipment and internet access are also available.

This exceptional gîte of over 300 m², occupying the entire right wing of Château Bagen, a 17th-century château, can accommodate up to 13 people. It is ideally situated at the foot of the Pyrenees, just an hour from Toulouse, on an enchanting family estate combining history and modernity.

There are 6 bedrooms, including 3 suites, spread over two floors. On the first floor are the Comminges, Barousse and Children's rooms. On the second floor are the Suites Pic du Gar, Pic du Cagire and Pic du Midi, each with a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside. Each room has been tastefully decorated, combining old-world charm with modern facilities for optimum comfort. The bathrooms have showers and/or baths, with WC. The accommodation has a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, ideal for preparing meals in style. Baby equipment is available on site, as is internet access.

Outside, a vast 2-hectare enclosed park awaits you, with a heated, secure swimming pool, jacuzzi, formal garden and magnolia trees in bloom. There is also a barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers, table tennis and boules. Private parking is available at no extra charge.

The exposure of the gîte allows you to enjoy uninterrupted views of the Pyrenees and the park. The resident owners offer a concierge service by prior arrangement: breakfast, picnic, dinner, photo session, as you wish.
