For a weekend or a holiday, treat yourself to a moment of relaxation 45 minutes from Toulouse in a fully renovated and privatised 340m2 manor house that can accommodate up to 15 people in the heart of the spa town of Salies-du-Salat.

Just 45 minutes south of Toulouse, come and spend some quality time with family and friends at Château l'Argelès. This renovated manor house is built like a small castle with its two towers. You'll enjoy a swimming pool with an exotic wood deck and an inflatable spa during your stay. Just a 5-minute walk from the town centre, you can take advantage of the spa, casino, restaurants, local shops (supermarket, tobacconist, greengrocer, bakery, patisserie, etc.) and golf course.

The accommodation

The 340m2 house is entirely private. It comprises 2 lounges, a dining room, a large kitchen, a utility room, 5 bedrooms, 3 shower/bathrooms and 5 WCs.

The accommodation comprises on the ground floor

– a cosy lounge with 2 red velvet Chesterfield sofas, a fireplace and a library

– a relaxation room with a green velvet chesterfield sofa for watching TV (UHD 163cm with Netflix, Disney + and Amazon Prime), 4 matching armchairs and 2 club armchairs.

-A living/dining/kitchen area with a cooking hob, large stainless steel worktops and a dining area with an oval table and 12 chairs.

-A utility room with a large fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

First floor: WC, 4 bedrooms sleeping 10:

A family suite with 2 triple bedrooms (one queen-size bed and one single bed per bedroom) and a shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.

– a large double bedroom (Queen size bed) and its bathroom with bath, shower, double washbasin and WC.

-On the second floor, a dormitory with 6 single beds, WC and washbasin. We have a mobile air conditioner for the first floor.

Outside, there is a large park, two terraces, a gas barbecue, cast aluminium garden furniture, a hammock, parasols, garden chairs, 8 deckchairs, 3 180cm reception tables, outdoor games, an 8 by 4m swimming pool with an exotic wood deck and an inflatable spa.
