At Jules and Alice's, high up in Comminges, facing the Pyrenees, you'll enjoy a 180° view of the Ariège and Béarn.

This unusual 130m2 air-conditioned chalet sleeps up to 6 people.

This charming gite includes:

● open kitchen (microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, Senseo, kettle….)

● lounge with sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV, utility room (washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board), WC.

● 7m X 3m terrace with garden furniture and plancha.

● Upstairs, WC, bathroom(shower, a bath, 2 basins), bedroom with double bed (140cm), bedroom with two single beds (90cm).

Cot and high chair can be provided on request.

At Jules and Alice's, on the heights of Comminges, facing the Pyrenees, you'll enjoy a 180° view of the Ariège and Béarn. The Pyrenees are within easy reach, between the ocean (2h) and the Mediterranean (2h30), Andorra la Vieille (3h), Spain (1h), Toulouse (1h) and the Lestelle tollbooth (5mn).

We guarantee you calm, simplicity, sharing and conviviality. Visitors such as partridges, quails, hares and roe deer will come to say hello.

Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen (microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, Senseo, kettle ….), lounge with sofa bed (sleeps 2), utility room (washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board), first WC. A 7m x 3m wooden terrace overlooking the kitchen and living room and facing the Pyrenees, with garden furniture sheltered by a shade sail,

a plancha.

Upstairs: a mezzanine leading to a WC, a bathroom (towel warmer, hairdryer, walk-in shower, bath, 2 washbasins, etc.), a first bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a second bedroom with two single beds (90cm). Both rooms open onto a balcony. A cot and high chair can be provided on request.

Activities and tourist sites: Cols du tour de France cycliste et étapes régulières dans la région, the jazz festival "jazz en Comminges" every year on the ascent, Saint Bertrand de Comminges, grotte de Gargas, gallo-roman villa de Montmaurin, Lourdes (1h). Nearby ski resorts (Le Mourtis, Superbagnères, Peyragude, Nistos), hiking and mountain-biking trails, Saint-Gaudens car museum, thermal baths, casino and golf courses at Salies du Salat and Bagnères de Luchon, golf courses at Lannemezan and Montréjeau, accrobranche (tree climbing) at Cierp-Gaud and Lannemezan, the Gimone lake (40 mins), a heated aqua leisure complex at Saint-

Gaudens, horse riding in various equestrian centres. You will always find something to keep you busy and recharge your batteries in this natural area.

Cleaning is not included in the price and is the responsibility of the traveller. Our price includes bed linen and towels. All cleaning materials will be provided, but if you need anything else, please don't hesitate to ask us. If you do not wish to clean the apartment before your departure, we can offer you a cleaning package for €50 on booking.
