Pyrenean chalet in a village, very close to Luchon and the ski resorts. Benefits: location, the peace and quiet of a small village, proximity to Luchon (12 mins), small terrace.

This stone and wood mountain chalet, located in the heart of the small Pyrenean village of Gouaux-de-Luchon, welcomes you for a restful stay or a range of activities: hiking, winter sports, thermal baths, visits… Small terrace in front of the gîte on sunny days. Small courtyard and parking area in front of the gîte.

Farmhouse inn nearby for meals (booking required). Fishing in the Pique river 5km away and water sports centre (rafting, canoeing, etc.) at Antignac 17km away. Spain is a 20-minute drive away. Lac d'Oô hiking trail 10km away. Bagnères-de-Luchon 12km away (thermal baths and skiing).

The house has 2 levels:

– ground floor: living room with lounge/dining area and open-plan fitted kitchen.

– First floor (secure spiral staircase): 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm) (2 pull-out single beds 80cm), 1 separate WC, 1 bathroom + shower.

Electric heating.
