Renovated farmhouse on the Comminges hillsides at the foot of the Pyrenees, 17km from Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France.

This farmhouse for 8 people, 3 épis, adjoining the owners, welcomes you to stay in complete independence.

Private enclosed garden of 700m² with unoverlooked terrace and private fenced swimming pool (8x5m) open from mid-May to the end of September, from 10am to 8pm. In fine weather, you'll be enchanted by the view of the Pyrenees and its famous Pic du Midi.

Various activities and tourist sites: Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, Gallo-Roman villa at Montmaurin, GR86…, Montréjeau lake 9km away.

Ground floor: entrance hall, separate WC, living room with open-plan kitchen (pantry), 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm double bed) with en-suite shower room and separate WC. First floor: hallway with reading area, 2 bedrooms (1 x 140cm double bed and 1 x 90cm single bed), bathroom, separate WC.
