Self-catering holiday rental in Saint-Aventin, 6km from Bagnères-de-Luchon (skiing, thermal baths, cinema, golf, lake, shops, restaurants, bike hire, rafting, canyoning).

We're close to the ski resorts of Peyragudes (9km) and Superbagnères (6km, cable car from Luchon), as well as starting points for hiking, mountain biking and canyoning. In the Larboust valley, above Bagnères-de-Luchon, at the bottom of the village of Saint-Aventin, this gîte is housed in a stone barn, renovated with taste and passion. Beautiful materials, large beds, very well equipped. The living room opens onto a private 45m² terrace with SPA, well exposed and sheltered from the wind.

Gîte for 8 people with 4 bedrooms and 6 beds:

– ground floor: living room (pellet stove), open-plan kitchen, shower room/WC.

– First floor: 3 bedrooms (2 single beds 90cm) (1 double bed 200cm) (1 double bed 200cm), shower room, WC. The 2 large bedrooms have sloping ceilings and open onto a small balcony.

– on the second floor under the eaves (2 single beds 90cm).

Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not supplied), bed linen and towels supplied, beds made on arrival.
