House for 6 people with two bathrooms.

In the heart of the Pyrenees, the gite "L'Alouette" is a spacious and comfortable house where you can recharge your batteries.

If you love nature and wildlife, you're in for a treat, as it's easy to spot deer, kites and vultures…

Close to the Garonne, cycle path nearby, train station 5 minutes away (Toulouse-Luchon line).

The house is on 2 floors. It is not accessible as there are 2 steps at the entrance.

On the ground floor, there is :

. a large kitchen equipped for 7 people with:

-a table and 7 chairs

-a dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster

. a small laundry room with a washing machine, washing powder, clothes pegs, a tumble dryer, cleaning equipment, etc.

. A large living room with 2 sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, a TV and a pellet stove. We provide pellets for your stay.

. A library area with lots of books and comics for adults and children, board games, leaflets, guides and information maps for visits and walks in the region.

. a large bedroom with a 160/200 bed and a duvet (240/260), 2 bedside tables and 2 bedside lamps and a storage area.

Sheets can be provided on request.

. Bathroom with washbasin, shower, electric towel rail and WC.

Upstairs, there is:

– A bedroom with a 140/190cm bed (220/240cm duvet), 2 bedside tables, 2 bedside lamps and storage space. Sheets can be provided on request. This room is adjoined by a washbasin/wc area.

-One bedroom with a 140/200 bed (220/240 duvet) and a 90/190 bed (140/200 duvet) and storage space.

Sheets are not provided for this room.

A bathroom with washbasin, walk-in shower and electric heated towel rail.

-A toilet

The staircase has a safety barrier on the first floor.

The windows are double-glazed and have electric shutters.

Outside, there is:

-A fully enclosed courtyard with an electric gate. Possibility of exiting through a side door.

-A terrace covered by a pergola with a garden furniture table and 8 chairs.

-A barbecue

The accommodation has WIFI.
