The interior is lined with wood and stone for a cosy feel, with fireplaces to warm up your winter evenings and several living areas for a pleasant place to live. Beautiful views over the valley from the large picture windows. Adjoining the owners' home. Possibility of adding sleeping accommodation and renting the 2 units separately. Hiking trails on site and ski resorts nearby. Second gîte for 15 people 500m away and possibility of meals for 30 in the large living room. Terrace and small garden.

On the ground floor, entrance via a hall and a laundry room/WC (3 steps), which serves 2 units. La Bergerie: on the ground floor, living room with open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 140cm double bed each), shower room/WC. Upstairs (steep staircase): attic dormitory (1 single 90cm bed). La Tiège: ground floor: large living room (fireplace + wood-burning stove) with kitchenette, WC. First floor: living room (pellet stove), fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm) (2 single beds 90cm) with private shower rooms/WC, shower room/WC. Second floor via 2 staircases: 2 bedrooms and 1 attic dormitory (2 single beds 90cm each). Electric heating.

RATES 2026 for 15 people: excluding school holidays: weekend €573, week €903 – spring and autumn holidays: €1002 per week – summer holidays: €1406 per week – winter holidays: €1569 and Christmas and New Year holidays: €2120 per week.
