La Demeure de Vénasque, just 5km from Luchon, is the perfect place for rest and health for young and old alike!

Set in the heart of nature, our group and stopover gîte is approved by Jeunesse et Sports and the French Ministry of Education. So we welcome children, teenagers and adults alike!

This large 650m² house is laid out over 3 levels: the ground floor houses the professional kitchen, the large 60m² dining room and the living room (with fireplace), while the first and second floors distribute :

– 7 bedrooms with 3 bunk beds (80cm) (sleeps 6)

– 2 bedrooms with 2 bunk beds (80cm) (sleeps 4)

– 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 single bed (80cm) (sleeps 3)

– 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds (80cm) (8 people)

– 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 bunk bed (80cm) (sleeps 4)

– 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and private shower room

Barbecue area and brazier in the garden. Terrace at the foot of the mountain, unfenced garden, outdoor games, 2 table tennis tables, 2 petanque courts, car park. The gîte sits on 4 hectares of flat land, on the edge of the D125, which runs alongside the River Pique and leads to the Superbagnères ski resort.
