LA GRANDE MAISON

La Grande Maison' is part of 'Maison Dufraing', in addition to 'La Petite Maison'. The two houses can be rented separately or together.

The entrances, parking spaces and terraces (open and covered) are completely separate.

The garden, swimming pool, petanque area, children's playground, sandpit and vegetable patch are shared.

The bedrooms, designated by the tenants, will be ready with freshly made beds. Towels are also provided per person.

The Grande Maison (max 9 people) is equipped with all modern comforts and consists of :

– a spacious entrance hall

– 3 large bedrooms (1×2 beds, 2×1 beds, 2×2 bunk beds, 2 cots, 1×1 bed).

– For babies, all the necessary equipment is also provided (bed + sheets, playpen, care pillow, etc.)

– 1 spacious living room with stove

– 1 fully equipped kitchen (all cooking utensils + fridge-freezer, microwave, gas hob with oven, coffee machine) Kitchen linen is also provided.

– bathroom with bath (+ washing machine)

– WC

– separate shower with WC

– large terrace with chairs and tables at the back (sun and shade!)

– WIFI ! !!

Large garden with fruit trees (apples, pears, cherries, walnuts, figs). The garden is well tended.

– All the vegetables in the garden can be used free of charge. This is a continuation of the successful experience of 2015: potatoes, onions, carrots, beans, tomatoes, cucumbers, courgettes, chard, courgettes, lettuces, leeks, parsley, all kinds of herbs, …. Availability naturally depends on the season.

– Semi-underground swimming pool with filtration system (5 m in diameter, 120 cm deep). The tenant is responsible for its maintenance.

– extra for children: a play area with swings and slide. And a sandpit.
