In the village of Montespan, this small flat sleeps 4, 2 épis, adjoining the owners' house and another gîte, awaits you in a warm and friendly setting. Parking available in the courtyard, private garden and balcony. The garden created by the owners is particularly remarkable.

As an LPO site, you will be able to see several species of birds, depending on the season, coming to drink from the ponds, in the gardens all sorts of shrubs feed them during the winter. A particularly remarkable variety of irises, daylilies and collectors' lotuses, depending on the season, welcome you amidst a collection of around thirty citrus fruits and a host of Mediterranean plants. This year, a vegetable garden completes the diversity. Peace and relaxation await you in these exotic surroundings.

You are 30 minutes' walk from the Via Garona hiking trail (the route to Santiago de Compostela), 35 km from Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, 50 km from the Mas d'Azil cave and 45 km from the Lannemezan Children's Park.

First floor: living room with fitted kitchen, bedroom (1 double bed 140cm), bathroom (heated towel rail), separate WC. Second bedroom on the mezzanine (2 single beds 90cm + cot) accessible via a ladder-type staircase. Electric heating. Wifi outside only.
