A perfect blend of the charm of old-fashioned sheepfolds and the comfort of a contemporary, luxury chalet for five people.

This barn has been renovated using high-quality, natural materials, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere.

Boasting an exceptional south-facing aspect, La Grange is ideally situated in the Luchon valley, less than 30 minutes from all the main tourist attractions (spa and leisure centre, ski resort, hiking trails, etc.) and is the perfect starting point for your hikes, cultural visits and culinary discoveries that will enrich your stay.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a large room with a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.), a central island for socialising, as well as a cosy sitting area with a wood-pellet stove and panoramic windows offering exceptional views from the sofa.

This room features large windows to let in as much light as possible, as well as a 3 x 2 m fixed panoramic window on the living area side.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with high-quality bedding, including a master suite with a panoramic window offering an exceptional view.

The emphasis here is on high-quality bedding and bed linen, all made in France.

The bathroom is adjacent to the bedrooms and comprises a shower, a vanity unit and a wall-hung toilet; here too, the chosen materials – wood and stone veneer – create a unique experience.

The upper floor of the barn has retained its character thanks to the preservation of the original roof structure and the carpentry work.

Private car park (access limited to small and medium-sized vehicles) as the hamlet’s lanes are narrow – and yes, that’s the price you pay for peace and quiet – but don’t worry, there’s a communal car park just a few metres from the gîte.
