Ideally located in the pretty village of Mayrègne, in the Oueil valley, 11km above Luchon, La Grange de Mayrègne welcomes you for a peaceful stay in the countryside, where you can enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities. You'll love coming here as a family for a weekend or a holiday, and taking advantage of its exceptional location overlooking the valley and the Luchon peaks. The view of the mountains from the garden or the living room with its large windows is unforgettable. The superbly restored barn features wood and stone, preserving the spirit of the place while adding comfort and modernity.

The property comprises the barn and the second home of the owner's brother. Each house is independent and has its own outdoor space (only the access gate is shared). Reserved roadside parking. Storage room for skis, bikes, etc. Loan of 2 sledges and 2 pairs of snowshoes. Pets not allowed.

The living areas are on the upper floor: entrance hall, separate WC, superb, spacious living room with large windows overlooking the valley. The living room has several areas: the TV area, the fireplace with its wood-burning stove, the games area (or teleworking area for the more studious!). The kitchen opens onto the dining area, which looks out over the mountains. A staircase (without ramp) leads to the lower level, which is also accessible from the street (courtyard). This floor is dedicated to sleeping quarters with 6 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 2 single beds 90cmx200cm) (3 bedrooms with 1 double bed 160cmx200cm) (1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160x190cm and a lounge area), a bathroom with bath and shower, a shower room with shower, a separate WC and a laundry area under the stairs. Underfloor heating by heat pump. WIFI and wired internet connection.
