In Montastruc-de-Salies, 13km from Salies-du-Salat, this is the place to reconnect with nature! With a breathtaking view of the Pyrenees, Cristina and Frédéric have converted this wooden gîte for 'green' holidays… Ecology and the environment are at the heart of this place!

They designed this bioclimatic house to work with the climate, the natural surroundings and the materials to achieve high energy performance. This bright house also has undeniable aesthetic qualities! You'll love the warmth of the materials used (wood, earth, etc.).

The village of Aspet is 11km away (don't miss its open-air market on Saturday mornings!) and Salies-du-Salat is 13km away (casino, golf course and thermal baths). For caving enthusiasts, the Felix Trombe underground network, the largest in France, is just a few kilometres away. The historic site of Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges is just 33km away, as is the ski resort of Le Mourtis. You can also hike from the village.

Ground floor: living room opening onto terrace (sofa bed for 2 people, 160cm), fitted kitchen, shower room with WC. Upstairs: mezzanine opening onto the living room (2 x 80cm single beds). Additional electric heating, sufficient for this eco-built house. Wifi internet access but stop-waves available. Private sloping garden, raised terrace in front of door, access ramp.
