Ground floor: large living area with open-plan kitchen and lounge, bedroom with 140 cm bed (2 pillows, 1 duvet) and shower room. First floor: two bedrooms with 160 cm beds (2 pillows, 1 duvet each), bathroom and separate WC. Top floor: 30 m² mezzanine.

The open-plan kitchen includes an American-style fridge, electric hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, traditional coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, raclette machine and washing machine. The lounge has two sofas, an armchair, a television and a dining area with table and benches (seats 8).
