About

A renovated stone village house in a small mountain village, with a garden, in a peaceful setting. Close to ski resorts, thermal spas and Luchon. Numerous walking trails start right from the house.

A large, recently renovated old stone village house of approximately 140 m², spread over three floors.

A very comfortable house for 10–12 people, with oil-fired central heating and hot water, fibre broadband, Wi-Fi, and a large gas BBQ-plancha.

On the ground floor: entrance hall with vestibule; living room (3-seater sofa bed for two, 2 armchairs and 3 pouffes); dining room with a large closed-hearth fireplace for fires and heating, Sony mini hi-fi system (radio, CD, MP3, AUX and USB sockets, Bluetooth); open-plan fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction and gas hob, microwave, electric kettle and coffee maker, raclette and fondue sets); toilet and shower room; large garage for storage with oil-fired boiler room for central heating and hot water.

On the first floor: a landing leading to a TV lounge with a DVD player, a two-seater sofa (with a 1.5-seater pull-out bed, 190 x 120) and an armchair; a large bathroom with two washbasins, a bath AND a shower; separate toilet; 3 bedrooms: master bedroom with a 200 x 140 bed and a cot, a chest of drawers for storage and access to a large private covered balcony/terrace with two sun loungers; a three-bed room with a double bed (190 x 140) and a single bed (190 x 90), plus a large wardrobe; and a small bedroom with a double bed (190 x 140) and a wardrobe.

On the second floor, a large attic-style dormitory/playroom with four single beds (190 x 90), one of which is a pull-out bed, and one single bed (200 x 90), plus a cupboard (two folding beds available in the cupboard).

The house also has a small, flat garden with garden furniture (table, 8 chairs, 2 parasols, 4 sun loungers). The garden is situated 10 metres from the house.

It also has a large garage for storing equipment (bicycles, skis, etc.) with a boot dryer and a supply of firewood (included in the rent). Also available in the garage is a large Weber gas BBQ-Plancha, mounted on a trolley with wheels. We also provide two sledges for your use.

For young children, in addition to a cot, the following are available: a changing mat, a potty and a high chair.
